Policies

DEPOSIT POLICY:

• Upon agreeing on a date and time with your artist, a $50+ nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your appointment time on your artist’s schedule. Depending on the size, scale, or intricacy of your tattoo, a deposit of more than $50 may be required- this is up to each individual artist’s discretion.
• By paying the deposit, you are agreeing that you have effectively communicated your ideas to the artist and understand that there may be variations in the design due to subjective interpretation.
• NO DESIGNS OR DRAFTS WILL BE SHOWN BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
• Your deposit will be 100% forfeited if you no show, you cancel your appointment with less than 7 days notice of your scheduled appointment without rescheduling, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and your artist is unable to begin your tattoo, you arrive without a valid ID, you arrive to the appointment with damaged skin (sunburn, rash, wound, bruised, etc).
• In some situations, ONE reschedule is honored with your initial deposit if you notify your artist that you need to move your appointment in the required timeframe. This is a courtesy and is up to each artist’s discretion.

GENERAL POLICIES:

• You MUST BE 18+ YEARS OLD  with a present, VALID ID to get tattooed- NO EXCEPTIONS*
• The nonrefundable deposit must be paid to your artist to make your appointment valid- if your artist does not received your deposit, you appointment is NOT VALID & not on your artist’s schedule to get tattooed. If you have any questions, please reach out to your artist.
• You cannot be tattooed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on antibiotics or steroids, on blood thinners, or are being treated with medications that compromised your skin and circulation. If you’re unsure, please discuss with your artist and physician so we can make sure you aren’t at an increased risk. 
• We ask that you disclose any blood borne pathogens, skin conditions, or illnesses that could effect your tattoo. 
• It is up to each individual artist‘s discretion which tattoos they decide to take on. Each artist has the right to turn away projects, and WILL NOT copy another artist’s work.
• There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any type of abuse or mistreatment of artists or clients (including written, verbal, or physical).
• All payments and deposits are nonrefundable.
